Caroline Litchfield graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2008, and has since been working in private practice. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy. Caroline enjoys treating a great range of patients from newborns to the elderly. She is an active kitesurfer, sailor and golfer on Hayling Island, and also skis and snowboards.

 

Helen Patton graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2008, and has since been working in private practice. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy. Away from the clinic she takes a keen interest in motorsport, horse riding and rugby; and playing golf.

 

 

Both girls are registered with the majority of private medical insurance companies.

 

Charlie Fleet qualified with the European School of Shiatsu in 1999, further studies led to the achievement of a Diploma in Stress Management and M.R.S.S.T. status with the Shiatsu Society. He also works in Eastleigh, and Somerset. Charlie is a qualified shiatsu teacher, and teaches courses from his home and local colleges.

Lesley Mason had been practising aromatherapy, reflexology and baby massage instruction for 10 years. She trained firstly at Chichester College, and subsequently in Southampton and Bristol. Her qualifications are all level 3, VTCT, and are recognised in over 20 countries.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nigel Cooper originally trained in foot health at the SMAE Institute, Maidenhead in 1991 and later went on to gain a Diploma in Foot Health at Stonebridge College, Cornwall.

He is a member of the Alliance of Private Sector Practitioners and is registered with the Volitional Register, which is a voluntary register indicating that he is bound by their code of ethics, rules, ongoing education and is also professionally insured.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Elaine Slee trained as an acupuncturist at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and at the College of Chinese Medicine and has worked at clinics in central London and Wimbledon since qualifying in 2011. Prior to that she spent most of her working life as a solicitor in central London. She thoroughly enjoys her change of career and her more recent change of lifestyle since moving to Hayling Island. As a Member of the Acupuncture Society you can be sure that she complies fully with their professional requirements and is fully insured.

Elaine is also a level 3 mat based Pilates teacher. She qualified in March 2012 and is accredited by the Register of Exercise Professionals. She practised Pilates for many years to help with her chronic back pain before qualifying as a teacher.
